I have been to Germany several times. In each time, I went to only Munich and I had to attend the international conference. Each country has each standpoint. Firstly, the United States puts three principles and five principles in advance, and tried to persuade other countries to follow to them. So no one would listen to them. On the other hand, European countries are different. Before the conference they had already finished adjustments of inner circle. They just referred to it and said that this conclusion was the most suitable. As for Japan, we sometimes agree with the American idealism, but other time, we think the European proposal is reasonable.
